Welcome to 7 Sports! We sincerely hope you have a great time shopping with us! The present terms and conditions for use of the 7 Sports website and/or app have been formulated to safeguard your shopping experience.
INFORMATION
The 7 Sports app and website is owned and operated by Create Communications (India) P Ltd hereinafter referred to as "CCIPL". These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement") along with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Refund and Return Policy (together referred to as "Policies") as modified or amended, will govern your use of the services and features of the 7 Sports app and/or website. Use of the app and/or website by you amounts to acceptance of the Agreement and the Policies, whether or not you have read the same.
CCIPL reserves the right to change the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement or the Policies from time to time and at any time, without notice and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification to the Agreement and the Policies will be uploaded immediately upon such terms/policy being framed and shall be effective from the date of such Agreement and Policies are uploaded on the app and/or website. Your continued use of the app and/or website following the modifications to the Agreement and Policies constitutes your consent to and acceptance of the modified Agreement and Policies.
ELIGIBILITY
Services of the Website/App would be available only to select geographic in India. Only persons 'competent to contract' as provided in the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are eligible to use this app and/or website. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use the Site. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years but at least 12 years of age, you may use the Site strictly under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by the Agreement herein. If your age is below 18 years, your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you. CCIPL reserves the right to prevent any person from using the app and/or website.
CREATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ACCOUNT
CCIPL will only accept orders/requests from you if you are a valid user of the app and/or website. You shall be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account, password, and restricting access to your electronic device, and you hereby accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.
If you have reason to believe that the security of your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at the 'Contact Information' provided below. If we have found a breach or suspected breach of the security of your account, we may require you to change your password, or suspend your account without any liability to CCIPL.
You hereby agree that the Information provided by you is true and accurate. You undertake to maintain and promptly update such information as and when any such change is required to be updated. Failure to adhere to this, will entitle CCIPL to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse access to the app and/or website. You are solely responsible for any/all content that you may upload, post, email or otherwise Transmit via our app and/or website.
We shall maintain your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
USE AND ACCESS TO WEBSITE AND/OR APP
CCIPL grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of this Website and/or App and not to download (other than page cookies) or modify any of the contents of the website, except with prior express written consent of CCIPL.
This license does not include any sale/resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site including any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of the site may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of CCIPL.
Product recommendations pushed to you by the website/app are purely for informational purposes and does not amount to endorsement of those products by CCIPL.
CCIPL hereby reserves the right, at any time, without notice, and at its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the app and/or website and to block and prevent your future access the app and/or website.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND PRICING
Please note that 7Sports APP/Website contain only original and branded products of which 7Sports/CCIPL are authorised re-sellers.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description and pricing of all the products on our app and/or website including the colour. However, CCIPL does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on this app and/or website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
CCIPL cannot confirm the price of the product until you place the order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, CCIPL shall have the right and sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, CCIPL may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your account from which payment was made.
The product pictures are indicative and may not match with the actual products. We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the website/app as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your device’s screen, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.

USE OF PRODUCTS
Improper use of the products on our app and/or website can lead to temporary or permanent injuries/disabilities. CCIPL is not in any manner responsible for such effects and you should carefully read the individual terms and conditions in relation to the product and consider consulting a specialist before using any product.
PAYMENTS
Payments for the products available on the Website/App may be made in the following ways:
Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking as available. Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and are recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
PAN - In case of purchases being made above the value of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) or more, 7sports would send an email seeking for the copy of the pan card from you for accounting purposes as mandated by the Government of India. The relevant PAN account must match the same credentials as that of the payee for the payment and order to be processed. If the copy of the pan card is not forwarded to us vide email within 72 hours of receipt of our email request, the order will be delayed and we will not be held responsible.
GST – You can use your company name, account and payment for purchases on our website. However, for processing the same, we require the entity’s GST Number. In the event that the GST number is incorrect, CCIPL will not be held liable for No Input Credit.

The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of the content on the app and/or website is the exclusive property of CCIPL.
Access to this app and/or website shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone a license to any CCIPL or third party intellectual property rights. All rights, including trademarks, copyright, etc. in this app and/or website are owned by CCIPL and/or its suppliers and licensors. All materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips, downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this app and/or website (collectively, the "Contents") are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use to the user. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Madras High Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this Agreement arising between the parties hereto shall also be subject to the jurisdiction of the Madras High Court.
INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CCIPL, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to CCIPL or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under the Terms and Conditions for Use, or arising out of your violation of any applicable app and/or website laws, regulations including but not limited to fraud, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
CCIPL, its suppliers, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors, shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the app and/or website or the purchase of products from the app and/or website.
CCIPL, its associates and technology partners make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the app and/or website or that the operation of the app and/or website will be error free and/or uninterrupted.
CCIPL assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the app and/or website; and/or any interruption or errors in the operation of the app and/or website.
This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of the Agreement.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or CCIPL. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. CCIPL may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site and such termination will be without any liability to CCIPL. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or CCIPL, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this website/app, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. CCIPL's right to any Comments shall survive any termination of this User Agreement. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Website or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION
All content, products, and services on the app and/or website, or obtained from the app and/or website to which the app and/or website is linked are provided to you "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security or accuracy.
All warranties, if any, relating to the product and services would be provided by the manufacturer/supplier of such product and not by CCIPL. Any claim in relation to such warranties shall be raised by CCIPL against respective manufacturer/supplier.
The app and/or website may be unavailable from time to time for any reason including, and without limitation, routine maintenance. You understand and acknowledge that due to circumstances both within and outside of the control of CCIPL, access to the app and/or website may be interrupted, suspended or terminated from time to time. CCIPL shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the app and/or website, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use. Further, the app and/or website may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information.
SECURITY VIOLATIONS
You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the app and/or website, including, without limitation,
- Accessing data not intended for you or logging/hacking onto a server or an account which you are not authorized to access;
- Attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization;
- Attempting to interfere with service to any other user, host or network, including, and without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the app and/or website, overloading, "flooding," "spamming," "mail bombing" or "crashing;"
- Sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; or
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
CCIPL is entitled to investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and co-operate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this app and/or website or any activity being conducted on this app and/or website. You agree, further, not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this app and/or website other than the search engine and search agents available from CCIPL on this app and/or website and other than generally available third party web browsers and search engines.
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to the applicable app and/or website law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue to be in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, the present agreement along with the privacy policy, Shipping, Returns and refunds policy together constitute the entire agreement between you and CCIPL with respect to the app and/or website/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written.
CCIPL’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to the breach or subsequent and similar breaches.
