CANCELLATION

 

If your order, or the items that you want to cancel in your order, have not been shipped yet, you may visit the 'My Orders' section on the app or website to cancel the order. Alternatively, you can contact us at the co-ordinates given below to request an order cancellation. In such situations, the order will be cancelled and the paid amount in case of prepaid orders will be refunded to you as per our Refund Policy. If your product has been dispatched, cancellation will not be entertained.

Loss of Credit/Debit Card – In the event that your debit/credit card has gone missing/has been stolen, pursuant to the transaction and a cancellation has been initiated, you may communicate your personal account number to which the refund may be processed along with a letter stating that the said card is lost/stolen which will then be processed by 7Sports. Kindly note that the payment made through and refund requested should be of the same persons’ account.

RETURNS

Our products are shipped to you after rigorous and thorough quality checks. In the event that you have been sent a wrong or defective product, please reach out to us at the co-ordinates below for returning the product.

Please note that no returns will be entertained by 7Sports in cases where you find that the product is not satisfactory with respect to colour or size.

However, the return of the purchased product shall be accepted, if the return is subjected to the approval from our side.

In such case, our return policy is as follows:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including products that are intimate or sanitary goods, swim wear, abdomen supporters, sports bra and other intimate products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The product which is returned should be unused and in original packaging along with all the labels and tags. The return process shall be subject to the outcome of the inspection by 7Sports. If the return is not in compliance with the returns policy of 7Sports, refund for the returned product shall be liable to be cancelled.

Your concerns are of prime importance to us and we shall do everything possible to resolve them.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your cancellation/return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the same is being processed. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return stands approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a period of 7-10 working days from such approval

 

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

If you need to exchange the item you purchased for a varied size of the same item, send us an email at support@7sports.in and send your item to: 7Sports, No. 89, 4th Avenue, Ashok Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600083.Kindly note that we do not accept exchange of intimate or sanitary goods. Please refer to our return policy for further clarification.

It is also to be noted that each product, especially footwear of each brand has been provided with an accurate size chart. Therefore, you are requested to use the size chart prior to order confirmation to avoid exchanges. In any event, if there is a size discrepancy and once the same is informed to us, the exchange would be processed within 7-10 working days. However, if the required size is not readily available with us, we shall take all efforts (within a period of 21 working days) to ensure that the required size is obtained and provided. In this regard, you will have to bear any variations in price between the sizes.

SHIPPING

We deliver to all major pin codes across cities in India! Our products are shipped within 5-7 Days exclusively through Bluedart.

We deliver orders within the timeframe specified for a given pin code. Delivery timelines are measured in working days which exclude Sundays and public holidays. In case of delays, we will ensure that you are duly informed.

To ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, and locality and nearest landmark. Please provide the correct pin code and contact number to ensure swift delivery.

In the event that product(s) are returned due to the non-availability of a customer, we will cancel the order and process the refund as per our Refunds Policy. If you would still like to receive the product(s), we request you to place the order again.

Tracking – Once the product has been shipped from our end, you will be able to track the progress of the shipment on our website on your orders page. In the event that there is an error due to software inconsistencies, the shipment can simultaneously be tracked on Bluedart.com

SHIPPING COST:

Shipping charges may vary according to the size and weight of product(s), whichever is higher.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):

We do not provide COD facility.

FORCE MAJEURE/ACT OF GOD:

In the event of a natural calamity, 7Sports and Bluedart will not be responsible for any delays in shipping.

OTHER COSTS:

The prices and charges mentioned on the website/app at the time of placing the order are final. You don't have to pay any other taxes or surcharges to courier companies, other than what is advised to you at the time of placing the order.
